PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment methods:

BANK TRANSFER

You can pay for your order using bank transfer.

If you select this option we will send you the data you need to make the payment.
The product will only be shipped once the payment has actually been credited to our bank account.
Any receipts for the bank transfer made will not be considered.
Depending on the bank, the money transfer can take a few days, so consider this possibility in the shipping times.

PAYPAL (with SSL system)

You can also make the payment through the secure Paypal platform.

You can use it with your verified Paypal account (linked to your bank account or cards).

If you don't have a Paypal account you can open one quickly and easily and make purchases safely on our site.
If you don't want to open the account you can still use Paypal by choosing the card payment option

Paypal accepts most credit and prepaid cards.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

We accept all major credit cards, absolutely securely.
Enter your data at the time of payment, in no way will we be able to have access to the data entered.


HOW CAN I SELECT MY PAYMENT METHOD?

At the time of purchase you will be asked to choose a payment method.

  • If you decide to pay by bank transfer you will receive an email with the details to proceed with the payment.
  • If you decide to pay via Paypal you will be connected directly to the Paypal site.

If you do not have a Paypal account we recommend that you activate one before making the purchase.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET PAYMENT CONFIRMATION?

Payment with PayPal or debit/credit card sends immediate confirmation of the payment made if it was successful.

Payment by bank transfer, however, takes longer to credit to our account, depending on the bank used.

The shipment will not be made until it is actually credited to our current account.
This may delay the departure of your order.

DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE VAT?

The prices on the site are the actual prices you will pay.

VAT is not charged to the customer because the operation is exempt from VAT pursuant to art. 1 co. 54 - 88 of Law 23.12.2014 n. 190 - Flat rate regime.

Stamp duty is paid pursuant to art. 13 of the Tariff attached to Presidential Decree 26.10.72 n. 642;

To pay the price of the Products and the related shipping and delivery costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form on the website www.defeua.com and which are summarized below.

Credit cards and prepaid cards.
For online orders on our site we accept both credit card and prepaid card payments without any additional charge on the cost of the product and shipping. It is understood that you must be the holder of a valid credit card when ordering the Products purchased online and that the name shown on the credit card must be the same as that indicated on the billing information. In the absence of these conditions it will not be possible to proceed with the order.
At the time of online purchase, together with the Order Confirmation, the relevant banking institution will only commit the amount relating to the Order from the current availability of your credit card.
If, once you have received the package with your order, for any reason you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, following payment for the Products purchased online. We will instruct the banking institution to credit the amount to be refunded directly to your credit card.

At no time during the purchase procedure are we able to know the information relating to your credit card (for example, the credit card number or its expiry date), transmitted via a connection protected by an encrypted protocol directly to the subject's site which manages electronic payment (Paypal).

No computer archive will store such data.
