The carousel represents the loop of thoughts that take hold of us when we’re experiencing anxiety.
It’s a false comfort zone where we find ourselves, unable to figure out how to escape.
Slowing down and stopping to reconnect with ourselves and our own time, to accept and embrace who we are, becomes the magic key to regaining our wings, breaking free from the loop, and taking flight once more.
The beautiful and evocative text on the graphic is written by Arianna Federici, one of the Zeta Team designers.

THE FRONT PRINT
The front graphic features the key phrase, which encapsulates the essence of this incredibly important message.
"Mi fermo e sto già volando" (i stop myself and i fly again) invites.
Pausing and slowing down, instead of constantly chasing anxiety, taking time for yourself, and accepting your own fragility is the best way to break free from the loop of thoughts and start to fly again.
